Results of the First All-Russian Sports Forum "Actual problems of equestrian sport"

From February 26 to March 1, 2018 the First All-Russian Sports Forum "Actual problems of equestrian sport" was held on the basis of the Park Hotel "Drakino"

The main goal of the forum was to discuss the actual problems of the regions of the Russian Federation and to find ways to solve them in dialogue with the representatives of the Russian Equestrian Federation (REF), with the support of which the event passed, as well as the professional development of specialists working in equestrian sport.

Within the framework of the forum, the participants got acquainted with the latest changes in the rules and regulations of the FEI and the REF, new methods and developments in veterinary medicine and specific features of horse nutrition, and touched on the problems of horse-breeding.

Speakers at the forum were representatives of the REF, international judges in jumping, dressage, triathlon, representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor, and representatives of the RSAU – MAA named after K.A. Timiryazev.

Shchelkovo Biocombinat provided information materials for the participants on the prevention of equine rhinopneumonitis using herpesvirus vaccine from the SV/69 strain as also as the diagnosis of equine infectious anemia by AGID test.
