IV International Veterinary Congress

The Congress participants included managers and experts of agricultural companies, diagnostic laboratories, veterinary institutions, livestock product technologists, veterinarians, research associates, post graduates students, students of veterinary academies.
The Congress delegates were addressed by speakers from veterinary services of Russia, Denmark, Finland, the CIS countries, representatives of veterinary institutions of the USA, UK, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany.
The IV International Veterinary Congress traditionally displayed an exhibition of veterinary and medical equipment, pharmacological products to treat and prevent livestock diseases, tools and equipment for livestock management, feed and feed additives and specialized literature.
Shchelkovo Biokombinat experts also took part in this important event.
The Congress delegates discussed major veterinary problems in dairy and beef farming, poultry and pig breeding.
It is worth noting that previously the Congress had always been held in Moscow. However, this year the venue took place in the city of Kazan, a home to a large scientific veterinary center.
