IBK-SCHBK Vaccine against chicken infectious bronchitis live dry
Purpose:
The vaccine is intended for prevention of chicken infectious bronchitis in breeding farms and commercial poultry farms of various line of farming.
Description and characteristic:
In appearance the vaccine looks like a dry homogeneous porous mass from light-yellow to light-brown color, easily soluble in water without formation of flocks and sediment. The vaccine is produced from extraembryonic liquid of SPF-chicken embryos infected with the virus of chicken infectious bronchitis (IBK) strain “Н-120”, serotype Massachusetts. One inoculating dose of the vaccine contains at least 4.0 lg EID50 of the chicken infectious bronchitis virus.
Method of vaccination:
Chickens beginning at one-day-old are subject to vaccination with subsequent revaccination in 10-14 days. The vaccine could be applied by intranasal way/ocular way, enteral way (with drinking water) or by method of large-drop spraying (spray-method), according to the direction for use.
Immune response:
The vaccine causes the formation of an immune response in chickens to the causative agent of infectious bronchitis 28 days after a double application, which lasts up to 3 months.
Production form:
The vaccine is packaged into 1-6 cm3 (100-6000 doses) bottles of suitable capacity.
Storage and transportation conditions:
The vaccine is stored and transported in a dark place at a temperature from 2 to 8°С.
Shelf life -12 months.
