Brucellin VIEV
Purpose:
Allergic diagnosis of brucellosis in pigs from 4 months of age not vaccinated against brucellosis.
Description:
A brownish-yellow clear liquid without flakes, sediment and solids.
Characteristic:
It is a sterile liquid containing specific substances extracted from Brucella strain Br. abortus B-1 in R-form.
Method of vaccination:
Intradermal injections at a dose of 0.2 cm3 from the outside of the auricle, closer to the base of the ear. Accounting after 24 and 48 hours. In animals with brucellosis, an inflammatory reaction occurs in the form of a dense and test swelling at the injection site of brucellin. In healthy animals there is no reaction.
Production form:
In bottles of 10, 20, 50, 100 cm3 of appropriate capacity.
Storage and transportation conditions:
In a dry, dark place at a temperature of 2 to 15°C.
Shelf life:
18 months.
